I AM spoke me into existence. In His image I AM created.

"Then God said, 'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.' So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:26-27, ESV).

With His words, He has honored me. With my life, I will honor Him.

Through careful study of the Word, I have come to know what my Father says about me and will continue growing in that knowledge until I passover. I have come to know Jesus intimately and it has changed my life! My hope is to help all my readers and listeners come to the same realization of who they are in Christ and apply it to their lives. When we live authentically, in who God created us to be, we are living in power because we were created in power.

I started using devotionals in 2018. As a beginner in Christ and someone who

wanted to get closer to Him, they helped me understand and apply God’s Word to my life. I didn’t quite know where to open my Bible to each morning. Most times, I didn’t understand what I was reading in its entirety. Devotionals often times gave me that place to start reading and broke down the meaning of what I was reading.

I believe that knowing the Word, studying the scriptures and applying them to our lives, is one of the ingredients to being our authentic selves. So, here you will find devotions, poetry and spoken word pieces, and podcasts that not only help you to understand the Word of God and give practical steps to applying it to your life, but also give you a spiritual covering, and teach you to speak God’s truth over yourself. Words have power. If we are created in God’s image and He spoke things into existence, then so can we. So, fellow image-bearer, come fellowship with me and let's take our power back, together!
